A typical set up may have a head office, multiple branches, factory locations, sales depots and warehouses. The utilization of this unit at different locations entirely depends on the type of location and functionalities to be implemented. For example, Sales depot may want to enter only Sales Orders & Cheque received & may need to see the status of their orders & outstanding dues. The difference in the tax policies in different states creates complexities in the implementation.
